• “We had held our ‘newest’ graphic abortion sign back until Hugh and I felt the time was right to display it publicly in Rocky River.  We have now both concurred this last week it is time to start displaying our even more gruesome and more disgusting graphic abortion sign in Rocky River.”

• “We will keep anteing up our anti-abortion message in Rocky River. Whether it is going door to door with our [already prepared] pro-life flyers and a pamphlet printed by another pro-life organization or our continued display of disgusting, gruesome and graphic abortion signs”, says Sokol. 

Why?

• There are those who support abortion in Rocky River.  There are those who do nothing to stop abortion in Rocky River.

• Our gruesome and disgusting graphic abortion signs will show you both the truth of the horror of abortion, the lunacy of choice and the humanity of the unborn.  Also what you both refuse to stop.  

• For those who support abortion.  All I have to say is, “Thou Shalt Not Kill.”  

• For those who do nothing to stop abortion in Rocky River.  You kneel in silence to the status quo in their support of abortion in Rocky River.  

• Our graphic abortion signs will make you stand and speak against abortion in Rocky River.  

• That abortion is a violent and murderous act upon an unborn baby in the very womb of its mother.

• No more kneeling in silence before the status quo.  Only truth.

My fellow pro-lifers also support the use of graphic abortion signs in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood].  Consider the following two [2] ‘supportive comments’ they made just Saturday, April 4, 2009.

• A fellow pro-lifer was leading a decade of the Holy Rosary and was approached by a woman who argued with him against the use of graphic abortion signs in front of RRHC[PP].  After the woman stopped arguing her case against our display of graphic abortion signs my pro-life friend told the woman who opposed our graphic abortion signs.  That as long as there is abortion in Rocky River there will be graphic abortion signs displayed.  God Bless Him!

• Another fellow pro-lifer shared with me the importance of the display of graphic abortion signs in Rocky River on Saturday.  He witnessed to me that the people of Rocky River have three [3] different choices to make on the continued display of graphic abortion signs in the City. [1.] The residents will either ignore the gruesome, disgusting and graphic abortion signs displayed in Rocky River as they drive by with their family.  [2.] Or residents will have to tell their children the truth when the children ask their parents why horrible graphic abortion signs protesting abortion are displayed in the City?  [3.] Or Rocky River residents can stand, pray and protest abortion with pro-lifers in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] to stop abortion in Rocky River and to stop the graphic abortion signs as well.   

THE TRUTHFUL DISPLAY OF GRAPHIC ABORTION SIGNS WILL STOP ABORTION IN ROCKY RIVER.

• For 25 years I have been a successful Community Advocate.   I have stood for those who could not stand.  I have walked where others dared not to tread.  I have spoken for those who could not speak.  I offered hope for those who had no hope. 

• I now call the people of Rocky River, the people of the surrounding area [we prayed the rosary to stop abortion in Rocky River at Our Lady of Angels Church in Cleveland West Park Saturday 4/4/2009].  Yes even the people throughout America, to stop abortion in Rocky River, Ohio!    

• I use as my vehicle to do that.  My Chairmanship of the Stop Abortion in Rocky River Committee and its power as a political action committee.  My 25 years experience as a successful Community Advocate.  My life long Practice and Faith of 59 years as a Roman Catholic and my Belief and Trust in a God that only with Him we can do anything.  

• All I ask is simple.  I ask all to Stand, to Walk, to Speak with me, and to Hope, to have Faith, Belief and Trust in a God that with Him - together "we" can do anything. 

• So together we will invite the people of Rocky River [as we go door to door] to stand, pray and protest abortion in Rocky River in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] - with The Rosary For Life Group and The Stop Abortion in Rocky River Committee - to stop abortion in Rocky River, Ohio.

• For in my humble opinion as a seasoned, experienced and successful community advocate of 25 years and Catholic of 59 years.  That with ourselves and God will we be able to stop abortion in Rocky River.

• For only with God, anything is possible.

FINALLY

• That is why we do not tolerate the continued sinful slaughter of unborn babies by abortion.

• Christ died on the Cross to forgive our sins.  Not tolerate our sins.

• "Life deserves to live!”

MEDITATION: THIS HOLY WEEK OF JESUS AND WHAT IT MEANS FOR US:  

• Jesus triumphantly enters Jerusalem on a humble donkey as He is praised from the people.  Jesus then challenges the Pharisee’s religious leadership of their hypocrisy and of their deceit.  Jesus drives out the dishonest money changers from the Temple.  Jesus restores sight to a blind man and is criticized by the Jewish Leadership.  Jesus dines with His closest friends and gives them the Sacrament of the Eucharist that bonds all who believe and trust in Him forever.  Jesus momentarily fears for himself yet submits to His Father’s Will.  Jesus is betrayed by a disciple and handed over to evil doers, for only doing what was good and suffers His Passion and Death.  Yet through His Death and His Resurrection Jesus Act of Love opens the Gates of Heaven for all who believe and trust in Him.

• What Jesus experienced during His Holy Week is the Cup that He offers to us all.  Can we drink from the Cup Jesus drank from?  Can we humbly accept human approval, yet stay true to our mission God has sent us on?  Can we challenge the hypocrisy of those in charge?  Can we speak out on what is wrong in this World?  Can we take the time to help the least of God’s brethren and be willing to overlook the criticism we will get from it?  Can we believe in our friends?  Can we have our friends believe in us?  Can we trust in God to move forward when our ‘earthly mind’ tells us to be afraid and to run away?  Can we accept the humiliation and yes even physical or mental hardship from others as we only seek to do God’s Will?

PRAYER: THE FINAL PRIZE

• Help us Oh Lord, to keep our eye on the final prize, not riches, not power, not adulation but at the end of our ‘life race’ being one with You God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost in Heaven forever.  For I am aware that the experiences Jesus had during Holy Week is the ‘spiritual road map’ for all of us to follow Him home.  Oh, Lord Help me to be on that road to You and to lead me home, I ask this in Jesus Name Amen.
