• “The responsibility to protect the life of the unborn baby in Rocky River is being passed on to the everyday person in Rocky River. 

• The leaders of Rocky River City Government, Businesses, Churches and Schools have failed to stop abortion in Rocky River”, says Sokol.     

BACKGROUND TO ROCKY RIVER GRAPHIC ABORTION DISPLAY  

• For the last year in Rocky River graphic abortion signs [the face of abortion] have been seen displayed by pro-lifers in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] located at 20800 Center Ridge Road that offers … “Abortion pill (medication abortion) … up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.”   

• We attribute at least one unborn baby’s life was saved by the display of those graphic abortion signs.  Only God knows how many more unborn babies we have saved from abortion and death by the display of our graphic abortion signs in Rocky River.

GRAPHIC ABORTION IMAGE NOW GOING DOOR TO DOOR IN ROCKY RIVER

• Now our Committee is ‘branching out’ to distribute to household's a 'color pamphlet showing a graphic abortion image'.  Said pamphlet distributed is titled: "Everyone against abortion please raise your hand."  It is produced by the 'Priests for Life' a pro-life Catholic Priest Order. 

• “To see abortion for what it really is will make residents want to stop abortion in Rocky River”, says Sokol.    

WE INVITE RESIDENTS TO STAND, PRAY AND PROTEST ABORTION IN ROCKY RIVER WITH PRO-LIFERS.

• Our Committee also spotlights Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] that offers … “Abortion pill (medication abortion) … up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.”  

WHAT DOES CHAIRMAN SOKOL KNOW AND SAY ABOUT COMMUNITY ACTION AND STOPPING ABORTION IN ROCKY RIVER.

• Fred Sokol is a 25 year socio-political advocate for many communities and residents of the area throughout the last quarter of a century.  He has the needed experience in rallying communities to either oppose or support issues either detrimental or beneficial to their communities.

• Sokol also has the staying power to see an effort through especially ‘to stop abortion in Rocky River’.  For Sokol once fought 8 years to finally stop a jail in Rocky River, Ohio from 1993 – 2001.

• Thus the Committee has been afforded a 'unique opportunity' [as our Rocky River pro-life movement has reached critical mass - meaning our pro-life movement within the City cannot be turned around] to be allowed to play out our mission statement and ultimately stop abortion in Rocky River.  There is no reason to become complacent now. 

• As we pursue our goal to stop abortion in Rocky River.  Our Committee is always ready to legally defend our pro-life efforts and we are exploring that area right now ... until we finally stop abortion in Rocky River ... and we will.

GOD IS STRONG, MANKIND IS WEAK … GOD’S STRENGTH AND JOY IS WITH US … WE ARE FILLED WITH GOD’S STRENGTH AND JOY … OF WHOM SHOULD WE BE AFRAID?

• Though mankind fails to protect the unborn from abortion and death … God is always in control.  Though Mankind’s Horror and Despair fills our World.  You Oh God are my strength, my direction, my comfort, my joy.

• Though strangers who are disgusting, ignorant, pathetic, cowards and who are something that are not found in the dirt, yet who are the dirt.  These strangers who are just a piece of the Earth that God forces Satan himself to eat as he slithers on his belly as a snake for the rest of his life.  Strangers, who revile us, insult us, mock us, swear at us, who drive by and do obscene gestures to us pro-lifers.  They who arrest Catholic Priests for protesting abortion.  You, also who honor those who support, defend and participate in the abortion and death of unborn babies!

• How do you think you will escape God’s Judgment?  For God, Who is All Good, will judge all for only the good he or she has done.  What good is there in the abortion and death of unborn babies?

• Yes you evil ones, God’s Will: is for us to pray, to protest and to stop abortion in Rocky River.  We did not pick the pro-life ministry … God picked us for it.  God also directly acts in our behalf in our effort to stop abortion in Rocky River.  You want proof?  I got it.  We have God on our side.  With God we have already won our fight against abortion.  You evil fools you don’t even know you have been beaten.  Why?  It is because you evil ones who show the disgusting obscene gestures to us pro-lifers have the Devil on your side and he is already a loser and he has already been sent to ‘eternal hell fire’ forever.  So that makes you losers and fools!

• … Yet rest assured of our joy to stand, pray and protest abortion in Rocky River.  Why?  Where two or more gather in His Name so is He, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ … and yes God is always in control … and our joy is full.    

WE HAVE ALREADY WON THE FIGHT AGAINST ABORTION

• That means as we all stand, pray and protest abortion in Rocky River with Jesus 'Our Advocate' amongst us, we already have won the fight against abortion.  If we can only continue to believe and to trust in Him, He will bring us the final victory we are praying for.

• For who or what can challenge and defeat Our Lord?  There is no one or no thing standing that can or will defeat Our Savior and with us near Him we are quite a formidable advocate against abortion in Rocky River I must say.

THIS WILL BE A SPIRITUAL VICTORY ... NOT A POLITICAL OR SOCIAL VICTORY

• For me a Socio-Political Advocate for many Communities for a quarter of a century [25 years].  My approach to either promoting or defeating a Community Issue that was either beneficial or detrimental to a Community was to approach it through the social or political spectrum and thus achieve the goal I set out to accomplish.

• Stopping Abortion in Rocky River is not that kind of Community Struggle where it just takes a political and or social approach.  Of course both the political and social part of the community is necessary in this equation to accomplish stopping abortion in Rocky River. 

• Yet I have seen [through the example of the Rosary for Life Group] another factor is needed.  Jesus Christ [The Spiritual Side] must be added to our struggle to stop abortion in Rocky River.  For I know we have Satan as an adversary in Rocky River to contend with. 

• Yet some may not welcome the bringing of the political and social arm into play and into this struggle.  My approach [spiritual and political and social] makes them reticent in my methods in stopping abortion in Rocky River.  Why?  My graphic abortion sign display scares them because of the added motorist and sidewalk walker [social] attention we are now getting.  They are also nervous of the increased [political] attention they are getting of course to the graphic abortion sign display we are now displaying.

• Yet in this Community Issue [stopping abortion in Rocky River] I understand that all of the three factors [Spiritual, Political and Social] must be included to ultimately stop abortion in Rocky River, Ohio.  …  While some of my pro-life friends continue to think just the factor [Spiritual] is all that is needed. 

• If the [Spiritual Approach] was all that was needed, Jesus would never have come to Earth to be born, live, die, resurrect and ascend to Heaven.  Faith without Action is not enough.  Jesus Spiritual, Political and Social interaction with those He came in contact with on Earth showed us that.

IN CLOSING

• That is why we will continue to invite all to come, stay and pray with us and together we will experience the victory.  The Rosary for Life Group has prayed for the last 10 years in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] for abortion to be stopped in Rocky River.  God will answer their faithful and patient prayers.

• For this will be a spiritual victory, not a political or social upheaval against abortion in Rocky River. 

• I leave this 'spiritual victory' to stop abortion in Rocky River in Jesus Hands.  He is our Ultimate Chairman to stop abortion in Rocky River Committee.  He is of course directing us right now.

FINALLY

• Surely Our Lord will afford us the victory we have long sought, worked and prayed for.  That is to stop abortion in Rocky River.  Yes, it will happen. Surely Our Lord's unborn Creation shall be protected I ask this in Jesus Name, Amen.

PRAYER: A JOY OF GOD

• Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Hosts, Heaven and Earth are full of Your Glory!  For You Oh God give us Joy, the Joy Oh God, You possess and experience. Your Joy Oh God, is my strength, my direction and my comfort when I cry out ABBA [FATHER].  For one day we will experience Your total Joy.  Yet for now we would not be able to totally stand it.  We can only experience a part of it now.  Oh, Hosanna in the Highest!  All Glory, Laud and Honor to You Redeemer King.  Look Upon us Dear God Who Cry to Thee!  Bless Us, Protect Us and Bring Us all one day to Paradise Where You Dwell Now, Forever and Ever, I ask this in Jesus Name, Halleluiah, Amen.
