ROCKY RIVER – Fred Sokol, Chair – Stop Abortion in Rocky River Committee says, “Think again anyone, who feels they have to try to threaten and to intimidate us pro-lifers.  As we legally practice our first amendment right to free speech as we speak out against abortion in Rocky River and in Fairview Park.  

1. We will either record your voice [and you may not even know I am recording your voice but I will be] or we will record your actions if you ‘verbally or if you physically’ threaten or intimidate us.  Once we record you by sound or video.  We will then play it back to the Police for possible assault charges - against you or anyone that tries to threaten or intimidate us.  As we legally practice our first amendment right to free speech as we stand, pray and display graphic and pro-life abortion signs in Rocky River and in Fairview Park.

2. In front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] abortion mill and gate of hell – that is located at 20800 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, Ohio - that offers ... “Abortion pill (medication abortion) … up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.” 

3. Yes, we can legally record you threatening or intimidating us.  That is why I now carry a sound and video recorder capable of up to 2 hours recording time.  To all of my pro-life prayer gatherings and graphic abortion sign display events in front of and across the street from Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood]. 

4.    The pro-life movement in Rocky River has become even more alive to all who will now view my videos and visit my website at:VIDEO: ROCKY RIVER ABORTION PROTEST  + www.stopabortioninrockyriver.com.  

The purpose of my carrying a sound and video recorder is peaceful, educational and supportive.

1. It will be peaceful: as I will not seek to videotape anyone who does not wish me to film them even though it is legal in the State of Ohio to film anyone who speaks to us.  My intention to film is not to intimidate others.

2. It will be educational: as I will seek to film only things that will help others understand the pro-lifer and the purpose for which he or she is called to stand up for the unborn baby in front of and across the street from RRPP.  Perhaps people considering abortion of their unborn baby will see the videos and their minds will change and they will let their unborn baby live.  I will also establish a webpage on my www.stopabortioninrockyriver.com website for people to view these pro-life videos whenever they wish.

3. It will be supportive: as I will seek to film, to discourage any potential perpetrator, and to protect any pro-lifer from potential physical and or verbal assault upon said pro-lifer who stands up for the unborn baby in front of or across the street from Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood].   For if anyone assaults us pro-lifers in Rocky River or in Fairview Park in the future. We will gladly sound or video record these “hit people” and gladly report them to the Police.  Then we will demand these “hit people” who assault us are prosecuted.

WE PRO-LIFERS WILL CONTINUE TO STAND FOR THE UNBORN BABY AND AGAINST ABORTION

1. For 37 years in America, legalized abortion has killed more than 52 million unborn American Babies.  Tells me no matter what happens to us pro-lifers.  We will not walk away from God and the unborn baby who both need us pro-lifers to stand up in their behalf – and we will not let either down.  

2. Once when I was 16 years old [I am 60 years old now] I stood in the way of a person with a loaded gun about to shoot my younger brother dead.  The person with the loaded gun upon confronting me stopped I told him “You are not going any further.”  He backed down. 

3. Let this be a message to anyone who thinks, they will intimidate and scare me away - from standing up for the unborn baby in Rocky River.  For I looked death in the face and death backed down.   

4. I also add my fellow pro-lifers are just as brave to stand up for the unborn baby in Rocky River as well.  They also stare down the ‘prince of death’ and it backed down as well.

FINALLY

As they say, seeing is believing and our pro-life witness in front of and across the street from Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] will be more believable to others as time goes on.

PRAYER: ROSARY FOR AMERICA

• Let us pray for America to be true to its Founding Principles to recognize, respect and protect ‘Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness’ all given from God for all of its Citizens both born and unborn.  Let us also pray for America to turn back to God. 

• We also pray for ourselves and for our loved ones.

• Oh, Jesus, Mary and Joseph Hear Our Prayer.

THE FIRST JOYFUL MYSTERY – THE ANNUNCIATION

• “As Mary accepted God’s Will for her to be the Mother of God.  May America seek and accept God’s Will for her and trust in God that all will work out for the best.”

THE SECOND JOYFUL MYSTERY – THE VISITATION

• “As Mary and Elizabeth ministered to each other and shared their joy together.  May America respect, protect and minister to all of its Citizens, both born and unborn.”  

THE THIRD JOYFUL MYSTERY – THE BIRTH OF CHRIST

• God came to us at Bethlehem in the form of a baby.  May America see Christ’s birth and the birth of all children as a Gift from God to be embraced, loved and protected by all Americans. 

THE FOURTH JOYFUL MYSTERY – THE PRESENTATION

• Mary and Joseph presented the child Jesus in the temple according to Jewish law.  We pray America follows God’s Laws.

THE FIFTH JOYFUL MYSTERY – FINDING JESUS IN THE TEMPLE

• Mary and Joseph were distressed to have lost Jesus in the temple.  May America find its way to Jesus and open her heart to Him … and God Bless America.
